When you call, send an email or request a quote, our customer service team will make an appointment for you to meet with one of our expert Design Consultants.

Design consultation
A member of our design team will visit your home and discuss what's needed to create your perfect driveway, pathway, or patio. At this stage, we will also outline the project cost and speak with you about our range of payment options.

Site survey
Our surveyor will perform a full site survey, where detailed measurements are taken, and all aspects of your project are finalised.

Installation manager assigned
Every project has its own manager. They will be your point of contact throughout, responsible for all scheduling and ensuring that your customer journey with us is stress-free.

Site preparation
Quality preparation is crucial and there are no shortcuts. Taking extra time at this stage is one of the reasons Resin Bound Surfaces has received recognition for our excellent workmanship.

Excavation and laying of sub-base
We don’t use sub-contractors for any part of the installation process. To ensure high standards are always maintained, we only use our own trained staff. The tarmac sub-base will need 7 – 10 days to fully settle before we can go on to the next stage and lay the resin.

Installation of Resin
Your driveway is now almost complete. Our team of experienced craftsmen hand-trowel the resin, giving our work one of the best finishes in the industry.

Handover and guarantee
You will be able to walk on your surface within 6-8 hours and cars should be parked on the surface no earlier than 72 hours. Your surface will be covered by our guarantee, and we'll be here to assist with any aftercare you may need.
